Consult H.C.Verma (Concepts of Physics)Volume II for class-XII. Weightage of Electromagnetism in JEE physics is 15-20%. All the best and have faith in your capability.

There are a lot of books available in the market, and you can choose any one which suits you. The correspondence course of topIITcoaching.com are also available and I recommend that you should read those as well.

@madhu IIT - JEE is conducted in a single day. There are two papers, of three hour duration. Both papers contains questions of maths, physics and chemistry in objective type format.

there is no need to read anything from five books, reading the same concepts again from the same book five time will help you much more.Just read carefully, try all the solved examples without looking at the the solution, if you are not able to solve the question then only look at the solution.Try your best to understand the concept applied in the solved example. You will improve with practice, do not worry.

@sheetal The profit and loss of any exam is a big debate and totally depends on your personal goals about your life.If you want to have a career in engineering it the exam you must take.People get various jobs after graduating from IITs depending upon their stream or branch.

which is more appropriate..? a current carrying conductor produces a magnetic field. or a magnetic flux change causes current.
